2SCALE worked closely with Restauranteur/Chef, Lance London, for his first venture inside Washington DC. 2SCALE’s Tom Mulhearn previously worked with Mr. London on his College Park, Maryland location, which is a two-time Winner of the Best Soul Food Place at Steve Harvey’s Neighborhood Awards.

The DC Carolina Kitchen is located inside the new Rhode Island Row Development and features a curb-side pick-up, a full service dining room, oyster bar and Private Dining Mezzanine. The vibrant design features illuminated ceiling “tunnels”, leather tufted banquettes, and selections from Mr. London’s private collection of Art and Americana.
